In all apartments, you have the following services:

• Hypoallergenic pillows and mattresses. A restful night is guaranteed by Overbed materials and Simmons pillows.
• Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
• Air conditioning and independent heating.
• Bathroom with a spacious shower.
• Hairdryer.
• Elevator (only in some apartments, please check on the apartments page).
• LCD TV.
• Induction or gas cooktops.
• Kettle.
• Toaster.
• Washing machine, either in the apartment or in a common room.
• Dishwasher.
• Iron and ironing board.

Services to request at the time of booking:

• Baby crib (free of charge)
• Food and wine experiences in the countryside, cooking classes, wine tastings, horseback riding, massages, and other wonderful experiences at our countryside estate just a few kilometers from Florence. For more information, visit the Activities page.

The rates include:

• Overnight stay
• 10% taxes
• Bed linen, a set of 3 towels per person, tablecloth and napkins, dish towel
• Final cleaning

The rates do not include:

• Tourist tax of €6.50 per person per day for guests aged 12 and over (set by the Municipality of Florence)
• Tips and anything not explicitly mentioned under "The rates include"

General Conditions

• Self-catering apartments, minimum stay of 2 nights.
• General respect for the property.
• Parties or events are not allowed in the apartments. Unregistered guests at check-in are not permitted to stay overnight. If you are in town to visit friends or family and wish to host them, please inform us in advance.

Check-in / Check-out
Borgo de Greci Apartments uses an automatic check-in system. Access instructions will be sent before arrival.

• Departures: Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
• Arrivals: Between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM
• Luggage storage is not available on-site

A credit card will always be required for guarantee purposes, and acceptance of cancellation penalties will be requested.

Borgo de Greci Apartments uses a self-check-in system to allow guests to arrive and depart outside the opening hours of the reception. Guests can independently collect the keys on the day of arrival using an access code. The code will be provided before the arrival date, after submitting all required personal data for check-in. A staff member will be available during reception hours to verify the matching of documents.
