The nicely furnished living area is naturally bright and offers ample space for up to 4 persons to unwind, after a long day of sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa bed (90x190) flat screen TV and a dining table for six. The living room opens onto a lovely fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you may need to cook your favourite Italian dishes. 
The tiny terrace overlooking the Florence rooftops offers the opportunity to relax drinking a cup of tea after a day strolling around the city center.

The small double bedroom on the left of the living room is bright and warm and has a large walk-in closet and storage space. The other little bedroom is bright as well and has a fold out chair (80x180) and a smaller walk-in closet. There is AC in both bedrooms and in the kitchen.
One fully renovated bathroom, fitted with a large walk-in shower, completes the property.
