This apartment is located in Via de’ Rustici on the first floor of an historic building from the 13th century, a charming cobblestoned street, very central but quiet , just a few steps away from Borgo de Greci and Santa Croce Square

The whole apartment has been recently renovated and redecorated according to Tuscan tradition and with great contemporary taste, ensuring guests have everything they need to really feel at home during their stay. 
The living area is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV and a large dining table. The adjoining kitchen, is modern and newly redone, fully equipped with everything you may need to cook your own meals. From the kitchen you'll also have access to the private courtyard. 

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons into the welcoming and lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom is featured with a double bed and TV, the other bedroom with one single bed, closet and desk.
The apartment is completed by a walk-in closet with washing machine. 
The fully renovated bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
